/ Caviar / By Caviar Canapés Caviar Canapés Ingredients 20 crackers 2 boiled eggs 4 tablespoons butter 1 spring onion (chopped) Juice of 1 lemon 1 jar of caviar ½ cup pickle Preparation Put butter and chopped onion in a bowl. Add egg yolks and a little lemon juice. Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.Spread the mixture on the crackers and garnish with a little caviar and pickle.Place it in the fridge and just before serving the canapés, sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
