Grilled Gilt-Head Bream With Rosemary Oregano And Lemon

Ingredients

1 Amvrakikos Gilt-Head Bream
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1 teaspoon oregano
1 lemon
Salt - Pepper
1-2 carrots

Preparation

1. Clean and wash the sea bream, place it on a baking tray with parchment paper and place two thin slices of lemon inside the fish, and a few of the spices listed.
2. Sprinkle the rosemary, oregano, lemon, salt and pepper and olive oil on top. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
3. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
